Balloons float by the tree. Give him the balloons so they lift him into the air.
The balloons are gone and weights lie on the ground. Make him lighter (remove the heavy dumbbells) and use the bird on the branch to get him airborne again.
Feed and grow the blue bird until it is big enough to carry him, then ride it up into the night sky toward the moon.
