Step-by-Step Walkthrough
The boy is slurping one long noodle. Trace that single noodle from his mouth through the tangled pile to see which of the three plates it leads to, then tap that plate.
Open the wall cabinet above the bed, take the sleeping pills (the ZZZ item) and give them to the boy. He will lie down and doze off while the cat keeps him company.
The toilet is clogged. Pick up the plunger on the floor and use it on the toilet to unclog it and clear the green mess.
