He is bald and a green hairpiece/wig lies on the grass. Put the green wig on his head so he has hair again.
A bird lands on his new hair and mocks him. Use the scissors the girl is holding to deal with the hair the bird is nesting on.
The bird is now on the ground mocking him. Pick the bird up and place it back into its nest in the tree.
